12 WEEK JUMP START
TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
This is a GREAT way to get started! We have created a discounted program that includes 12 weeks of personal training (3 times per week) and a 12 week weight management program which includes program set-up, access to our advanced calorie tracking software, and an initial STYKU 3D body scan and follow up scans every two weeks...all at a cost of only $1790. This is an introductory program, and after the twelve week period, if you wish to continue, our regular rates will apply.
ONE-TIME FITNESS CONSULT
Work with a Michael to get a detailed picture of your current fitness. Assessments can include body composition, aerobic ability, and other exercise-related tests. Exit this session with an exercise plan that honors where you are, while charting a path to future health. This is a consultation for all abilities, from those just starting out to the veteran athlete. Whether you have specific goals, physical limitations, weight concerns or a desire to simply optimize your workout regimen for safety and effectiveness – this is the perfect service for you. $200
PERSONAL TRAINING
Your initial session will start with a body composition analysis and a fitness evaluation in which Michael will be able to determine your level of strength, endurance, flexibility and recovery. With this information, a realistic benchmark will be created and your goals and specific needs will be addressed. A safe and progressive program will be developed and routinely adjusted and modified as your fitness level improves. Training sessions are scheduled for one hour periods. During this time, the studio is TOTALLY yours; no other gym members or trainers! We have chosen Hoist brand fitness equipment to ensure that our clients have the latest strength training machines and free weights on the market today. CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Regardless of your age or current physical state, Michael will help you banish pain and functional limitations using custom designed fitness techniques that help restore the body's natural positioning. Discovering the true source of pain and eliminating it at its source is the most efficient method of eliminating chronic pain. By correcting body form through a variety of exercises based on improved strength, flexibility and postural alignment, pain will ease, and you will become increasingly more functional as the body strengthens and regains its proper form.
